Hi, I’m Karol.
For over 20 years I’ve worked alongside young people, parents,
families and school staff, supporting them through both everyday
challenges and some of life’s more difficult moments.
Through that work I’ve learned something simple:
People rarely need someone to have all the answers.
More often, they need someone who will listen carefully, create
space for honest conversation and help them make sense of
what they’re carrying.
My background is in school chaplaincy and professional coaching,
but at the heart of both roles is the same belief:
That being genuinely heard can be powerful.
Sense & Soul Space grew from years of sitting with people
through change, uncertainty, grief, stress, overwhelm and life’s many crossroads.
It is a calm, confidential space where you can pause, reflect and find a
steadier way forward in a way that feels right for you.
Why this work exists
Over the years, I noticed something.
Many people didn’t necessarily need advice.
They needed space.
Space to slow down.
Space to speak honestly.
Space to hear themselves think.
Space to feel heard without judgement.
Sense & Soul Space was created to offer exactly that.
A calm, confidential place where you can pause, reflect, and make sense of whatever life is asking of you right now.
This is the space I offer.

How I Can Support You
Support doesn’t have to be complicated.
Sometimes you simply need space to talk, think clearly, and feel heard.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult period, feeling stuck, carrying more than you’re letting on, or trying to make sense of a change in your life, support begins with a conversation.
