How I Can Support You

Sometimes it’s difficult to know exactly what you need.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, carrying more than you’re letting on, or simply aware that something isn’t sitting right.

Wherever you find yourself, support begins with a conversation.

Below you’ll find a few ways we can work together.

If you’re unsure where to start, a Free Clarity Call is usually the best first step.

• talk about what’s been going on for you
• see whether this feels like the right fit
• explore what support might be helpful
• answer any questions you have

No pressure. No obligation. Just a place to start.

• lighter

For those who want more than a single conversation.

Sometimes what you’re carrying didn’t arrive overnight.

And it won’t always make sense in one session.

Over six sessions we create space to:

• explore recurring patterns and themes
• build greater self-awareness
• work through challenges at a steady pace
• develop clarity, confidence, and direction

This is gentle, reflective support that unfolds over time.

A calm, confidential space for young people to talk things through.

Whether they’re struggling with school pressure, friendships, confidence, family difficulties, or simply feeling overwhelmed, this session gives them space to be heard.

Common areas include:

• anxiety and worry
• school and exam pressure
• friendship difficulties
• confidence and self-worth
• family or home concerns
• feeling stuck, stressed, or overwhelmed

The aim is not to fix everything in one session.

It’s to help young people feel understood, clearer, and more able to navigate what’s going on.

Suitable for teenagers and young adults.

Minimalist Desk Setup

For young people who would benefit from ongoing support over time.

Over six sessions we create space to:

• build confidence and resilience
• develop healthier ways to manage pressure
• explore challenges as they arise
• strengthen emotional awareness
• improve communication and self-understanding

This allows trust to develop and gives young people time to reflect, grow, and find their footing at their own pace.

For Parents

Parents often contact me first to explore whether support would be helpful.

If you’re unsure where to begin, a free Clarity Call is the best starting point.

This space can help when you’re dealing with:

• workload and burnout
• difficult situations with students or parents
• conflict or staffroom tensions
• emotional exhaustion
• the constant pressure of being “fine”

People often leave feeling:

• lighter
• clearer
• more grounded
• better able to return to their role with perspective

Hands Holding Heart

Parenting teenagers can sometimes feel lonely, confusing, and exhausting.

Even in loving families, communication can break down, emotions can run high, and parents can find themselves questioning everything.

This is a confidential space to:

• talk openly about what’s happening at home
• make sense of difficult situations
• understand your own responses and reactions
• step back from the intensity and see things more clearly

Common themes include:

• conflict and tension at home
• school, friendships, and wellbeing concerns
• sudden changes in behaviour or mood
• feeling shut out or unable to connect
• the pressure of trying to get it right

Many parents leave feeling:

• less alone
• calmer and clearer
• more confident in how they respond
• better able to support their young person

Drawn from over 20 years supporting teenagers, parents, and school communities.

Hands in Support

For parents who need a little more space and support over time.

Across three sessions we can:

• look at patterns rather than single incidents
• explore what’s helping and what’s not
• reflect on changes between sessions
• develop practical ways forward
• create steadier responses during challenging periods

Sometimes parents don’t need answers.

They need space to think.

This programme provides that space.

Drawn from over 20 years supporting teenagers, parents, and school communities.

Be Gentle with Yourself

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you book.
Just start where you are.

A free Clarity Call gives us a chance to talk about what’s going on and explore what kind of support, if any, might be most helpful.

There is no pressure, no obligation, and no expectation that you have everything worked out.

Just a conversation.
